Dark Area Commercial Regulation

The First Part
General Stuff

1. This policy governs sales transactions and security measures on this platform.
2. Policy updates can happen anytime; the current version will be available here. Users are responsible for knowing the active rules.
3. Sales on credit, via installments, or with delayed payment are not permitted. Full, immediate payment is required.
4. Sellers are charged a 5% Platform Fee on the final value of all successfully completed sales.




The Second Part
Sale Security

1. Use of the official Escrow Service is mandatory for all sales initiated through this platform. This includes sales by Verified Sellers.
2. While a 'Verified Seller' status may be granted (indicated by a badge), it does not exempt sellers from the mandatory Escrow use on any transaction.
3. Any deals arranged outside the official Escrow system are done entirely at the users' own risk. This platform holds no liability for losses or fraud in such cases and will not mediate or offer refunds.
4. Any user confirmed to be involved in fraud or deceptive practices will face permanent removal from this platform. There is zero tolerance for such actions.
